Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only granted if the product was not delivered (i.e., the download was never initiated). Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
If you believe you have not received your digital product, you must provide proof of purchase and contact me within 15 days of purchase. Please note that downloads may take up to 24 hours to become available. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please reach out before requesting a refund.
Product Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets the technical requirements for the digital product before purchase. Refunds will not be issued due to incompatibility. If you have any concerns about compatibility, feel free to ask before purchasing.

To request a refund, please contact me via the Contact Page with your proof of purchase and details regarding the issue. I will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days.
