Introduction
Welcome to “Owsap Development” (“I, “me”, “we,” “us”). “Owsap Development” provides development services, including offering resources, documents, tutorials and custom services regarding game development.
Your agreement with “Owsap Development” includes these terms and any additional terms you agree to. The agreements include terms relating to future changes to the agreements. If you wish to review the terms of the agreements, the current and effective version of the agreements can be found on the “Owsap Development” website. You certify that you have read and understood the agreements, accept these agreements and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with the agreements, then you will not be able to use any service provided by “Owsap Development”.
Registration and Eligibility
In order to use any of the services provided by “Owsap Development”, you must agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to maintain the accuracy of this information at all times. You must also be 18 years of age or older to use the services provided by “Owsap Development”.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
From time to time, we may make changes to these terms and conditions for valid reasons, such as improving existing functions, adding new functions or resources to the Service. When we make material changes to these terms and conditions, we will provide you with notice, for example, by displaying a prominent notice or seeking confirmation with the Service, or by sending an email to the address you provided during registration. Your continued use of the services provided by “Owsap Development”, after the changes have been made, will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the services provided by “Owsap Development”.
Limitation of Liability
“Owsap Development” will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services provided by “Owsap Development”. This includes, but is not limited to, direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, and loss of data.
Digital Services
All digital goods you acquire from “Owsap Development”, such as systems, tweaks, tools, resources, projects and others may not be republished, resold, or shared. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy our materials or services. All digital services are final and not refundable, unless the digital good is not acquired in total.
OSF Project
The OSF Project is a private project that contains all services of “Owsap Development” in one big package as well as offering additional features as updates, new features and others.
Each customer has their unique version. These terms apply to everyone without exception, and they must be followed and respected at all times. Non-compliance with these terms will result in a permanent ban and loss of license.
Sharing or reselling the project’s files with third parties, including communities or other people, is strictly prohibited. Manipulating and sharing any of the project’s files, including screenshots or videos of the project (unless for server promotion), is prohibited. Any attempt to remove, bypass, or manipulate the license validation will result in a permanent ban and loss of support. You are not permitted to request the entire source files of the project to other customers, as each customer has their unique source and version. Asking for help or support on forums specifically related to the project is prohibited. Sharing your license key with other people is also prohibited.
Termination
“Owsap Development” reserves the right to terminate your use of the services provided by “Owsap Development” at any time and without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other terms that may apply.
Owners Rights
“Owsap Development” reserves the right to:
- Choose its clients.
- Cancel any service of a client with or without a valid justification.
- Decide when to commit updates to services or the OSF Project.
- Close all services, including the “Owsap Development” website, at any time.
- Take no responsibility for your server’s projects.
- Complete shutdown of the OSF Project.
